Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 14 days has lapsed since the purchase, we cannot, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Product is defective
- Product must be unopened
- Product must be in original packaging
- Product must be unused
- Product must not be damaged
- Product must not be on sale at the time when it was purchased*
In order to ensure the above criteria have been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. Perishable goods (i.e. batteries- see relevant section below) are completely exempt from being returned.
* Please note that products which were on sale, at the time when the customer bought them, cannot be returned or refunded.
Proof of purchase
To claim your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase such as picture of the items and video which clearly shows the problem. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.
Sale and clearance items
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.
When the item which is received is faulty, do not panic! Take some clear pictures and a short video which demonstrates the issue and send them over to our support team via an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, immediately.
If after our investigation, the item is decided to be faulty (manufacturing issue) and we confirm that is not due to misuse by the consumer, we will need 5 working days to issue a refund.
Once the investigation has been completed and confirmed that the problem has been caused by the consumer, the item will not be returned until the customer pays the cost for the shipping. However, if the issue is diagnosed to be a manufacturing one and not caused by misuse, then we (FPV World) will pay the shipping cost to send you a replacement of exactly the same product. Please contact us for further instructions on the next steps.
Because the batteries are consumable items, we are unable to offer a refund, unless the batteries arrived faulty "Dead on arrival" or if the item is not as described. Our policy offers a 7 day allowance to report that your battery is faulty. Failure to conduct that, will be assumed as the batteries are working correctly and we can proceed with any return.
In order to return an order, you must contact us first.
Returns can be mailed to: 3 Oxlip Close, Rugby, Warwickshire, CV23 0JQ. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund. Please ensure that the return of your item is tracked. We are not responsible if your item is lost in transit.
