Same Day Dispatch

 Royal Mail: All orders placed before 3 p.m. are dispatched within the same day. (Mon-Fri)

 DPD: All orders placed before 3 p.m. are dispatched within the same day. (Mon-Fri) N. Ireland (Two days) 

 DPD Saturday: That's right you now have the opportunity to receive your items on Saturday!                                                                                           

Although we try to dispatch orders in the same working day, please appreciate that in periods of high volume of orders, deliveries by couriers might experience a slight delay. We can ensure you that we are doing our best to get your products to you as soon as possible. 

Shipping Status

When an email is sent with the status of "Awaiting Fulfilment" means that the order is in progress and at the stage of packaging.

When an email is sent with the status of "Awaiting Shipment" means that the order is packaged and ready to be handed to the delivery company.

When an email is sent with the status of "Shipped" means that the order has been handed to the delivery company and is on its way to the recipient.

When an email is sent with the status of "Completed" means that the order has been successfully delivered to the recipient.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available for orders on or over £99. Free shipping is for deliveries within the United Kingdom only. We use a royal mail delivery method "Signed for 2nd class".

**** EU SALES: DUE TO THE REASON THAT UNITED KINGDOM HAS LEFT THE EUROPEAN UNION FROM 01/01/2021 WE WILL NOT CHARGE VAT AND TAX FOR EUROPEAN ORDERS. VAT AND TAX OUGHT TO BE PAID BY YOU TO THE COURIER ON IMPORTING INTO THE EUROPE. CHARGES MAY DIFFER FROM COUNTRY TO COUNTRY. ****

COVID-19

Due to the situation raised by Covid-19, there might be delays in delivery times due to limited staff in delivery companies. 

I haven't received my order yet. What should I do?

We thrive to get your parcel to you as soon as possible, however delays might happen.

We will encourage you if you have experienced a delivery delay to wait the expected time as described by the delivery company chosen.
